2021 Encore National Title Entry Form

National Title Competition Entry Fees:
*PLEASE NOTE: Not considered registered until paid, payment can be made below.

Before June 17, Registered and paid online
$30 Per Solo (+ 3.5%  transaction fee).
Cutoff date is June 17th.

*Title Registration will be unavailable June 17 – 20.

June 21-25 during Encore Nationals, on-site registration and payment
$50 Per Solo entered on-site
All title entries after June 17th will register at the Encore Registration Desk at Green Valley

Each Dancer can enter up to three (3) solos for Title.
Please fill out a separate form per Solo Entry.
