Tara Foy

Tara Foy, is a world renowned ballet mistress, having coached principal dancers from prestigious companies as The New York City Ballet, The Royal Ballet, The Birmingham Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theatre , just to name a few. Ms Foy has been the resident ballet mistress of Cirque du Soleil for twenty years coaching and maintaining the artist in O, Zumanity, Ka ,Love, Believe, Viva Elvis and will be training the dancers on the current show Michael Jackson’ ‘s ‘One’, She was also be the assistant choreography for Debbie Brown in ‘Mystere’ for all the dance segments. Other shows that Ms Foy has resided as ballet mistress are. Twyla Tharp’s ‘Sinatra Dance with me’, Notre Dame de Paris, Havana Nights, Enter the Night, Phantom of the Opera Las Vegas Spectacular and Celine Dion’s ‘New Day’. Tara is the artistic director of The Dance Center, a prestigious open studio catering for all the dancers in Las Vegas.  This is also the home of Tara’s elite ballet summer intensive and elite ballet program, attracting young ballet dancers from all over the country. An incredible five day program cross training the classical ballet technique with all aspects of core training. The intensive has been established for 13 years. Ms Foy also has had the great pleasure to work with the top choreographers from ‘So You Think You Can Dance,’ Travis Wall, Wade Robbins, Mandy More, Stacy Tookey, Dori Sanchez, Kenny Ortega and Tabitha and Napoleon, where she was co- choreographer with them on The Redken Symposium show 2011. Tara has worked with legends as, Jerome Robbins, Gillian Lynn, Lou Conti and Gus Giordano.
